Our Team

Martin Connor
Head Trainer

I have always had a massive interest/involvement with football when I was younger, but once I started my apprenticeship as a chef I stopped playing sport.

Many years passed and I started training in Muay Thai, I have always had an interest in martial arts, as I also participated in karate whilst playing football. I was going through a pretty rough patch in my life which was coming to an end as I started Muay Thai which helped me excel my life in many areas!

One of these was starting to work at HTFU which evolved into me purchasing the gym off my former boss! What drives me in the fitness industry is what fitness has done for me, it has literally changed my life and I know 100% I wouldn't be where I am now if I didn't commit to Muay Thai.

Knowing that I can now have that impact on someone else to take them to a better place in their life is an unreal feeling and I absolutely love it!

Dylan Trennery
2IC trainer

There is magic in using health and fitness as a positive outlet. I did so when I embarked on my own personal lifestyle change. I love the benefits it gives me both physically and mentally. After years of marathon running and competing in Ironman triathlons, I decided to get qualified to help others in their own journey.

I am driven and enjoy helping others despite their level of fitness. I seek to challenge people to be the best version of themselves. Having had great mentors throughout my own journey, I now pride myself on my ability to help people reinvent themselves in a supportive environment.

Danna Stoffer

I reached out to Harden the fat up fitness late 2017 in a last ditch attempt to get my body back! I have battled being overweight most of my adult life so after having my 3rd baby I needed to start putting myself first. I used to tell myself I was happy the way I was but deep down I knew I was just trying to convince myself of something that wasn't true.

After losing 20kgs and keeping it off I can honestly say it has changed my life. I'm so much happier and confident with how I look and feel.

Fast forward 2.5 years and I was asked to come on board as a consultant. I couldn't pass up the opportunity helping others just like me achieve their own goals! I love my job and seeing members achieve what I did it is extremely rewarding to watch.

Tabitha Schirripa

After training for several years undefined doing continuous challenges, I developed a passion for the fitness industry. Fitness became apart of my everyday lifestyle and I would be in the gym 6-7 days a week. This is when I knew it wasn’t just a lifestyle, I knew I had to take my fitness to the next level.

So I decided to go ahead and study and get my Certificate 3 and 4 in fitness. Throughout the time of studying my passion for fitness grew even stronger and this is when I knew, that this was the industry that I had to be in.

Over the years through training I’d seen my body change and seen how it made me feel, and I wanted to be that person that could help and make others feel the way that I did.

Throughout this time due to having such a passion and drive for fitness, I finally decided it was time to compete in my 1st body building show. So that’s exactly what I did. On March 9th 2020 I competed in the IFBB Body Building show, and placed 2nd in my division.

This was a real achievement and lifetime goal for me and I’m glad I did it.

I’m glad I decided to take my fitness to the next level because, now I'm apart of such a great team here at HTFU.

Looking forward to working with you all and helping you to achieve your goals.
