We offer a big variety of classes! Kickboxing, HIIT undefined Strength. You will never get bored with the classes as we are a boutique gym with our own style and approach to training. Kickboxing classes are always taken by experienced Muay Thai fighters. HIIT sessions are always high energy and loads of fun! Strength training is split between 2 days with legs and core early on Tuesdays then Upper body on Fridays. With the mixture of cardio from HIIT and kickboxing it is a great variety of classes!

Nutrition

We offer nutrition guidance through meal plans and cookbooks to go with the meal plans. Nutrition is a very big factor whether or not you are trying lose weight, tone up or bulk. Our meal plans can help you achieve your goals.

Last but most importantly ACCOUNTABILITY! We found that you can get exercise and nutrition anywhere... But what separates us from the rest is the way we approach this, we will keep you accountable throughout your time here such as if you book in and don't show you got a high chance of Marty messaging you asking what happened 😂😂 

But it really does work having someone there to make sure you're there showing up and the main thing is just to get moving!
