We get our new members started on a 6 week challenge; we have found this is the best way to get you kickstarted on your journey with us and with like minded people.

Our challenges cater for all fitness levels and ages. We have different packages to suit all budgets and we also have different time slots to suit everyones busy schedules.

I’ve always struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember . I struggled to find motivation to go to the gym independently and find the right meal plan and exercise balance. I joined the gym in June 2019 as a last ditch attempt looking to try anything . After the second week I was hooked.

The support of the members at HTFU is amazing. The trainers are welcoming, supportive and committed to helping you achieve your goals as well as making the classes fun and enjoyable.
